Customer praise – the fuel for our business
In the hectic days that typify our business we look to provide a great service for our insurers and a professional repair or restoration for our Customer. The successful completion of these challenges enhances our reputation and our business.
However potentially equally rewarding is being successful in the human and emotional side of our work. So when Mrs. Jeffs of Warwickshire telephoned our Coventry office to tell us how happy she was with the restoration of her home after serious flood damage, we got a real buzz!
Flood damaged ground and first floor, replacement ceilings, floors and some walls, drying out, re-wiring, redecoration, the Jeffs in temporary accommodation, the job completed in 10 weeks and happiness and a “thank you” from the insured couple.
What more could we want?
