From outset our experienced surveying team will asses any damage, and produce a detailed building schedule for the insurer. To enable us to keep track on every stage of a project we use a networked “state of the art” computer system designed specifically for task and resource management. This enables any employee to establish the status of any project at any time. Policy holders and Insurers can access this information at any time online using our market leading “Vanguard” on line claim tracking system.

Claims require decisions on choice items such as sanitary ware, kitchens, tiles flooring, the list is endless. “Swan Shopping” is an online shopping system we have had designed specially to enable Policy Holders to choose from a range of goods in the comfort of their home or office.
