Services ACS Offer

ACS offer a complete range of services to support emergency building repairs and building maintenance. We have an in house team comprising over 70 full time employees. Our in house team cover ALL major disciplines including: qualified electricians, corgi registered heating, plumbing and gas engineers, roofing, carpentry, groundwork, bricklaying, plastering, painting and decorating. A large in house workforce enables ACS to retain control, the benefits to our customers are fast response times and tight cost control.

Typical areas of work undertaken include:

Subsidence:

ACS offer a full range of services for subsidence, underpinning, piling, superstructure and foundation projects of every size our in house structural engineers and project managers ensure this critical work is carried out to the highest standards possible.

Disaster Management:

We are able to support major incidents to building superstructures including fire, flood and storm damage. Recognising the turmoil caused by these incidents we ensure all appropriate staff are trained in rapid response, hence we are able to support our customers at very short notice.

Insurance Claim Management:

Because ACS operate almost exclusively to the insurance industry, we have an in depth knowledge of the insurance claims process and have project managers on hand at all times to act as a point of communication with the policy holders. We work with most major insurers and are able to provide the rapid response which insurers and policy holders rightly demand.

Project Management:

All our projects are scheduled using real time computer based project management, this enables us to schedule numerous projects of all sizes with contingency management on larger projects.
