This is our Project Planning and Management Software and at the heart of our ability to perform to the highest level.  As soon as we receive our instruction, the claim is installed in the Sponge Software programme.  The claim will remain within the programme until it is completed.  All activities which concern or affect the claim are added in real time to maintain the up to date status.  Sponge enables us to manage and asses every activity in guaranteeing the satisfactory completion of the claim and the quality of the work involved.  We draw off Key Performance Indicators, apply cost control, analyse work in progress and most importantly keep Clients and Customers totally updated regarding the status of the claim.  Two further bonuses are the ability for us to asses our own employee task and management skills and to draw off any negative feedback or compliments to determine how we are delivering on our promises.
