As part of our comprehensive service to our Customers if you want us to handle the whole claim on your behalf or if you need additions to our exclusive insurance work, we will pay your excess up to a maximum of £250, subject only to a minimum spend. Please call us for more detail.
Additional works alongside insurance repair and restoration
You may decide that during the work we carry out to cover the insured items other additions or modifications are required. We are able to offer expert advice and costings to enable you to have these works completed at the same time, by our on site teams.

Cash Option
On occasions, your insurance company will make you a cash settlement offer to allow you to carry out the repairs yourself. Again, we are ideally place to quote you for fulfilling the work you need.
Claim denied or reduced
If either of these eventualities occurs we are here and ready to work with you to ensure that such remedial work that can be afforded can be completed.
