As part of our comprehensive service to our customers we are able to offer a range of complimentary additions to our exclusive insurance work.

However as an additional bonus we are instructed to carry out additional or substitue work, we will pay your excess up to a maximum of £250, subject to a minimum spen. Please ask us for details.

Additional Works Alongside Insurance Repair and Restoration

You may decide that during the work we carry out to cover the insured items other additions or modifications are required. We are able to offer expert advice and costings to enable you to have these works completed at the same time, by our on site teams. Ask our advice and we will quote you seperately at any time during the process.

Cash Option

On occasions, your insurancecompany will make you a cash settlement offer to allow you to carry out the repair yourself. Again, we are ideally placed to quote you for fulfilling this work.

Claim Denied or Reduced

If either of these eventualities occurs we are here and ready to work with you to ensure that such remedial work that can be afforeded can be completed.
