We have been in the business of providing building and repair solutions to the insurance industry for many years now. Our company is made up from a team of locally drawn, top tradesman and dedicated support staff.

Managing Director, Harvey Hunt has over 20 successful years experience in the building industry and the company as a whole has built up an enviable reputation for responsiveness and quality, over a number of years.

Insurance claims are our business.

Our sole operation is concerned with resolving insurance related buildings claims. From the replacement of broken sanitary ware, kitchens, leakage resolution and restoration to the reinstatement of fire or flood damaged homes.

We are not diverted by having various parts of our business doing other building related work. We specialise in the at times, tough world of getting people back on their feet after they have endured a problem.

This is sensitive work and from the outset our experienced surveying team will asses any damage, and produce a detailed building/repair schedule for the insurer.

Systems at the centre

To enable us to keep track of every stage of a project we use a networked, web based bespoke system – Sponge Software - designed specifically for matching tasks with resources.

Our system enables any authorised employee, Policy Holder or Insurer to establish the status of any project at any time.

Claims will potentially require decisions on replacement items such as sanitary ware, kitchens, tiles, flooring, the list is endless. In this event, our E-Choice online shopping system on this site enables Policy Holders to choose from a range of goods in the comfort of their own homes or offices.
